Graham Davis –Sales Director, Royal Mail Group
Graham is the former Sales Director for Royal Mail, responsible for a sales team of 380 people and a revenue target of £4bn. During his 39-year career, Graham has worked in a variety of roles from Counter Sales to Sales Director for Parcelforce and is widely recognised as an expert in the parcels, logistics and mail distribution marketplace.
A visionary and passionate leader of change, Graham has been responsible for driving Royal Mail’s sales performance through people. This is evidenced by the levels of employee satisfaction amongst his sales force which is the highest in the profession. Graham also champions a clear ‘Voice of the Customer’ plan, driving the customers’ perspectives back into the business.
Graham’s vast experience in managing sales forces has led him to undertake various consultancy projects with leading organisations. His areas of specialism include helping big businesses understand the potential of small businesses and vice versa.
Graham was voted Sales and Marketing Director of the Year in the 2010 British Excellence in Sales & Marketing Awards. He is a Fellow of the Institute of Sales and Marketing Management and a Patron of the Oliver Curd Trust.
